After meaningful moments of sharing through the community activity, the 2-day journey at Phước Hải for the Baby Boss family continued with a completely different source of energy: the Team Building activity under the message “Try It, Play It, Win It”.
More than just time to have fun and relax after days of work, Team Building Baby Boss 2026 also created a space for members to step outside their everyday work, collaborate, challenge themselves and understand one another better through each challenge.
“Try It, Play It, Win It” – Give it your all, play with all your energy
Every challenge in the Team Building programme required the participation and cooperation of all members.
Some moments called for speed, others for dexterity, while some challenges would have been difficult for even the strongest individual to complete without support from their teammates.

Through each activity, the distance between members gradually narrowed. People who normally worked in different roles now stood on the same team, discussing strategies, supporting one another and sharing the joy of achieving their goal.
When team spirit is expressed through action
In the workplace, “teamwork” is often discussed in terms of meetings, projects or shared goals. But at Team Building, that spirit was expressed in a more tangible way.
It was when someone was willing to wait for their teammate.
