Last week, the entire Baby Boss family took a temporary break from their usual work routine to embark on a 2-day Team Building journey in Phước Hải, with Oceanami Villas as their destination.
More than just a getaway, Baby Boss Team Building 2026 was designed as a journey for every member to share, face challenges and look in the same direction together.
Two days may not be very long, but they were enough to create three chapters, each carrying its own meaningful message.
Three activities – Three colours in one shared journey
The trip began with a community activity at Mái Ấm Thiên Thần under the message “Share a Little Sweetness – Send Endless Love”.
This was a time for Baby Boss members to share care, both materially and emotionally, along with portions of Italian gelato as words of encouragement and sincere affection for the children. It was a gentle starting point, while also reminding every member that alongside the journey of business development, there are always beautiful values that should be shared with the community.
From these reflective moments, the journey continued with a completely different energy through a Team Building activity centred on the spirit of:
“Try It, Play It, Win It.”
The challenges brought not only laughter but also placed members in situations requiring coordination, trust and unity. Winning or losing was no longer the most important thing; what mattered more was how everyone overcame each challenge with their teammates and enjoyed the journey to the fullest.
As the day gradually came to an end, Baby Boss members gathered for the Gala Dinner with the message:
“One Team, One Vision, One Baby Boss.”
If Team Building was where team spirit was expressed through action, the Gala Dinner was a time for everyone to sit together, connect and feel more clearly what it meant to be part of the same collective.
Although each member has a different role, position and set of strengths, everyone is still working towards a shared goal and helping to make Baby Boss increasingly strong.
More than Team Building, it was a journey through Baby Boss culture
Behind the games, the party and the photographs captured, the greatest value of the trip lay in the experiences that the members created together.
- It was sharing when turning towards the community.
- It was team spirit when facing challenges together.
- And it was unity when looking towards a shared vision.
Three activities with three different colours, yet all connected by one point: people and connection.
For Baby Boss, building a strong team comes not only from working together every day, but also from opportunities for everyone to understand one another better, trust one another more and create shared memories beyond work.
Two days came to an end, but the journey continues
Baby Boss Team Building 2026 in Phước Hải came to an end after 2 days filled with laughter, emotions and memorable moments.
But the trip left behind more than just beautiful photographs.
What each member brought back was also new connections, new stories and team spirit charged with fresh energy.
From “Share a Little Sweetness – Send Endless Love”, to “Try It, Play It, Win It” and finally “One Team, One Vision, One Baby Boss” – each message was a piece of the journey that brought the Baby Boss team together.
And when the trip ended, these values would continue to be carried back into work, so that everyone could write the next chapter of the journey ahead together.
