The role
- Welcome, advise and introduce Gelato Baby Boss products to customers.
- Process sales, place orders and handle payments according to the store’s procedures.
- Scoop gelato, prepare products and serve customers at the counter.
- Introduce the Gelato Pro, Gelato Promax, Gelato Stick, 3D fruit ice cream and other products sold at the point of sale.
- Advise customers on promotions, combos and products suitable for their needs.
- Keep the counter, gelato freezer, equipment and service area clean.
- Check goods, raw materials and packaging, and report stock levels by shift.
- Store products at the correct temperature and in accordance with company procedures.
- Assist with receiving, arranging and displaying products.
- Complete the handover of shifts, revenue, cash and assigned assets.
- Support the customer experience and receive feedback.
- Assist with taking photos and short videos at the store when there are communications activities.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Store Manager.
What we are looking for
- Of legal working age.
- High school graduate or above.
- No experience required; training provided if suitable.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in F&B shops, cafés, bubble tea shops, ice cream shops, restaurants or retail.
- Presentable appearance, neat and clean, and suitable for a service environment.
- Polite, friendly communication and a customer-focused attitude.
- Available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays according to the assigned schedule.
Skills needed
- Customer communication and consultation. - Sales and product upselling. - Handling situations in-store. - Teamwork. - Time management during shifts. - Using POS and basic sales equipment. - Stock counting and shift handover. - Professional service manner.

- Willing to learn and proactively support colleagues.
- Ready to participate in regular product and professional training.
- Able to change shifts at the same point of sale when needed.
